Well we are half way through October. The leaves are gone and temps have been freezing, but the snow is holding off. This weekend is was supposed to be a relaxing one. Since I only get two weekends off a month, I feel like I am always packing them full of stuff to do. I wanted to spend a day being lazy, but I learned fast that was too boring for me. We went out Friday night to a fundraiser for the boys an girls club in Eagle River. We went with my good buddy Gail, my roomie Adam, and Alfreds' roomie Adam....yes we both have roomates named Adam..lol! We had so much fun...samples some fantastic beers, won some pretty cool prizes, and got a little tipsy!! It was really a fun night. We attempted to continue the party at the Homestead Lounge in Eagle River. As soon as we got there I knew we shouldve just gone home...lol! One more beer then into our cab we went. We will ahve to make that a yearly event!
