Wow... What a New Years!!

So I am actually starting this blog in July 2010. I am using facebook and memories to catch up on the year so far. This year was not the best Christmas with the awkwardness of the break-up and all. However I managed to have a good time. Bought my mom a gorgeous ring!! I was happy to get her something nice. Hopefully next Christmas will be a little better. New Years was fun. Went to the Sheraton with the Fischer gang. We all got dressed up very formal but my dress was uncomfortable and off in 20 minutes, lol! I also got some closure on a long standing issue and am so happy to move forward! I am looking forward to so many things in 2010. As always I am on the quest to be in better shape. I have to start training for PTO Academy (I will be able to transport prisoners outside the institution). Have to do 1 1/2 Mile run in under 15 minutes, 15 push ups, 27 sit ups. At this point I had the sit ups and that was IT!! I never thought running would be so hard to get started doing! I have never been in shape but am finally ready to make some changes for good this time!! I am looking forward to the cruise in February and Kathleens Wedding in November. Hoping to buy a house and get in on the stimulus check! I am single for the first time in a long time and would like to date casually for awhile and get my own hobbies. Dating will be something I have'nt done since I was new to Alaska 5 years ago! Well I better go out there and get started..its going to be a BIG year for me!
